These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by TwelveDive LLC, doing business as CallSite ("CallSite," "we," "us," or "our"), accessible at callsite.io.
CallSite provides website hosting, lead management, Google review aggregation, and SMS notification services to small business clients. Our platform enables business owners to receive lead notifications, manage their online presence, and communicate with potential customers.
Business clients access our platform through an account created on their behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following regarding SMS messaging:
For business clients: You will receive lead notification text messages when a customer submits a contact form on your website. You may also receive review alert notifications. These messages are a core function of the service you are paying for.
For website visitors (customers of our clients): By submitting your phone number through a contact form on a CallSite-powered website, you consent to receiving a one-time automated text message confirming your inquiry was received. The business owner may also send you a one-time review request text after completing your service.
Opt-out: Any SMS recipient may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies but typically does not exceed 1-3 messages per interaction.
No mobile information collected through SMS opt-in will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You agree not to use our services to: send unsolicited messages or spam, collect personal information without proper consent, engage in any unlawful activity, or misrepresent your identity or business.
Business clients agree to pay the applicable fees for our services. Fees are billed annually unless otherwise agreed upon. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
All content, designs, and code created by CallSite remain the property of TwelveDive LLC. Website content provided by the client (photos, text, business information) remains the property of the client.
CallSite provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your website will be taken offline and your dashboard access will be revoked. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
